NS433MXX Module
NS433MXX Modules are powered by TI’s CC1110Fx SOC, a true low-powe
r sub-1 GHz system-on-chip for low power wireless applications. The CC1110Fx combines the excellent performance of the state-of-the-art RF transceiver CC1101 with an industry-standard enhanced 8051 MCU. The standard NS433MXX module is designed with 32KB of flash memory and 4KB of RAM to meet both simple and complex low power wireless networking applications.
NS485MXX Modules are powered by Sillicon Lab's C8051MCU
& Si443X RF tranceiver, a low-power sub-1 GHz combo for low power wireless applications. The standard NS485MXX module is designed with 32KB of flash memory and 4KB of RAM to meet both simple and complex low power wireless networking applications.
NS900MXX Module
NS900MXX Modules are powered by Sillicon Lab's C8051MCU & Si443X RF 
tranceiver, a low-power sub-1 GHz combo for low power wireless applications. The standard NS900MXX module is designed with 32KB of flash memory and 4KB of RAM to meet both simple and complex low power wireless networking applications.
The NS900MXX works at 868/915MHz.
